What to expect from breathwork and sauna in Barnard Castle

Meet at the lake jetty at TCR Hub. Arrive a few minutes early so you can change. Park at the Hub and follow the signs from the main car park down to the jetty. The session opens with Soma Breathwork, then moves into the wood-fired sauna. Lake rounds are optional.

Up to 8 people take part, so there is room to breathe, sweat and dip without feeling crowded. The dips are optional, so you can stay in the heat if that suits you better. Our team supervises lake access from the jetty throughout. There are toilets, changing areas and a cold shower on site.

It suits anyone curious about breathwork as well as traditional sauna.
